Course Description

Hotel Employees serve the basic function of ensuring the business runs smoothly, by fulfilling a great variety of posts. All departments or aspects of a hotel depend on one another in order to provide the best of service. In general, Hotel Employees are responsible for making sure guests are comfortable and satisfied.

This course aims to offer people who want to work in the field of Hospitality (Hotel, Tourism, F&B) a solid knowledge on a wide range of jobs and tasks, namely hotel and front desk organization, reception, housekeeping, food and beverage service, maintenance, security. Participants will also get in touch with the essentials of Sales-Marketing, Finance and Human Resources and will learn the secrets of what is called professional behaviour / appearance.
