Course Description

An IT supports information technology (IT) systems and users, installs computer systems and software, and maintains computer networks and connectivity. His/her day to day tasks could be quality controls, system monitoring and network troubleshooting.

In this course, participants are trained on Information Technology, hardware & software, windows OS & server, virtual machines, computer networks, connections and cabling and network security. They gain a clear understanding of typical equipment failure modes and the available repair options. All participants need to have a prior basic technical background in electronics and electronic systems, in order to attend.
