Course Description
A Sales representative is responsible for selling a company’s products or services by identifying leads and educating prospects on products through calls, training, and presentations. Furthermore, a sales representative should be able to ensure customers relations towards businesses or consumers and provide them with exceptional support.
The course will help you learn how to better understand customers’ needs, enhance communication with clients, provide effective feedback and improve client interactions. You will gain the ability to make a successful sales presentation, where your clients understand you and focus on your most important points.
