Course Description

A Social Media specialist/manager is responsible for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring the company’s Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales. His/her goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap.

Job Description

A social media specialist is responsible to develop, implement and manage the company’s marketing strategy and oversees all social media content. He/She will be posting content on social media according to the company’s marketing plan and will be the contact person of all customers on social media, replying to comments and messages, and providing accurate and appealing information. He/She might also be responsible for creating paid social media campaigns to increase the awareness of the company and/or drive sales.

The course aims to educate beneficiary participants on creating high-end content for the most widely used social media platforms so as to gain an advanced understanding of social media marketing basics.
